Refund policy

Myhomix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myhomix.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
